Hello King Mountain Neighbors!
Every 6 years, the City of Bellingham updates our long-range Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan (PROS Plan). The next plan goes into place in 2026, which means the City needs our input now and throughout 2025. How do we want to see our Parks and Rec facilities improved and developed over the next 6 years, especially in our neighborhood? Exciting things are coming to our city PROS improvement plan, including: trail connectivity, all-season recreation, and expanded water access! This is a great chance to let Parks and Recreation know what you want to see more of in our King Mountain Neighborhood specifically.
Whether you’re into hiking, biking, picnicking, or play-grounding, please let the City know about your parks and recreation priorities and dreams in this short Survey.
